Stephanie Bonsack, Director Corporate Archives at crystal giant Swarovski, talked at this year’s HMS about how the Austrian family company decided, in 2006, to create a corporate archive. She presented the archive, talked about its organization and explained its position within the larger company structure. She also gave examples of how the archive works together with the marketing- and communication departments at Swarovski to help move projects and initiatives forward.
