From pork to tofu – Open seminars about Sweden’s food industry

See how Sweden’s food industry has developed over 100 yars in four seminars. Meet cookbook authors, test kitchen managers, researchers and archivists and discuss the development of the Swedish food industry. These four seminars, which are held to acknowledge ICA’s centenntial celebration, are free and open to the public.

Historians, food profiles and key managers from ICA’s current history give us their view on how the food industry has developed over 100 years. It is a history that also reflects the development of Sweden as a nation. At every occasion, we’ll also bring out exciting material from ICA’s uniquely preserved history. .

The seminars are held at the Stockholm School of Economics. Every seminar are dedicated to a new theme; and afterwards we mingle over drinks and food. Sign up via the links below. (All seminars are in Swedish.)
