Author and researcher Benito Peix Geldart talks about Olof Söderberg, a prominent industrialist in Swedish business during the early 1900s , at the Gothenburg Book Fair’s “Research Square” on Friday 29 Sep.
Olof Söderberg (1872–1931) developed his father Pelle’s firm Söderberg & Haak, became managing director of Stora Kopparbergs and Fagersta mills, was active in the foundation of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and co-founded the Stockholm School of Economics. Based on the biography he has just written, Benito Peix Geldart tells us more about this trade leader, industrialist and community builder.
