Members of the Center for Business History (Föreningen Centrum för Näringslivshistoria) are invited to the Annual General Meeting, 17 May 17 11.00-14.00 at the Royal Opera in Stockholm. Immediately after the AGM, an open program about the long history of the Opera will be held. All who want to come are welcome, just sign up here.

After the official AGM, we will hold an open program about the long history of the Opera. Come meet the opera manager Birgitta Svendén, who will share what it’s like to manage a business with so much “history in the walls.” In addition, the playwright and director Stefan Johansson, the archivist Helena Iggander and radio critic and literary writer Ulrika Knutson will share opera history, key artefacts from the archive and, in particular, celebrate all of our world star Birgit Nilsson, who would have turned 100 years old this very same .
We promise a rare and telling story about entrepreneurship – in one of the world’s oldest opera houses.
