New issue of Företagshistoria:
Big plans and well-dressed men

In the last Företagshistoria of the year, we talk about newspaper Dagens Nyheter’s plans to build a planetarium in Stockholm, the history of the electric advent candlestick and about the world’s oldest bank. And much more!

During the 1960s, morning paper Dagens Nyheter had plans to build a large planetarium in Stockholm, something that would both serve as an attraction for the city’s visitors and provide good advertising for the newspaper. In the latest issue of Företagshistoria, our quarterly magazine on business history, the story of the ambitious plan that never materialized is told in depth. We also talk about the publisher Norstedt’s connection to the royal house and why L M Ericsson is an excellent representative of late 19th century male fashion.

This and much more in Företagshistoria no. 4, out on 6 December!
